Frequently asked questions

Which launch options are available?

Use a verified version of Claude for Windows or a separate Edge web session. Launch depends on the installed client version and the environment checks.

Do I need an ARC’TYNOVA account?

Local features work without one. Sign in to sync entries, notes and recognized account details.

What does account sync include?

Sync includes entry details, recognized display names or email addresses, plan names and available usage summaries. Third-party passwords, cookies, project files and native chat history stay in their respective environments.

What happens if the connection changes?

The guard attempts to close the bound client when a shutdown condition is met. Closing can discard unsaved work. Run history records the reason.
